Black Bean and Corn Salsa

This is a super easy recipe
I found on SparkPeople.com.

I used the following, all finely chopped:

- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 White onion
- 1/2 Cup cilantro
- 1/2 red bell peppers.
- Lime juice, as much as you fancy 
(not chopped, ha!)

Yummy.

Viva Mexico! :)

While making this salsa, I realized 
I was using the colors of the Mexican flag.
Hermosa!

Mix all ingredients together, chill and enjoy!

After enjoying a few bites,
I decided to pack it up for tomorrow.
Delicioso!
